1. Appointment Booking
All appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in person.
To confirm an appointment, patients are required to make full advance payment through our secure online payment system.
Appointments will only be considered confirmed once the payment has been successfully received.
2. Payments
Payments can be made via Razorpay using credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or wallet services.
Patients will receive a confirmation email/SMS once payment has been successfully processed.
All charges are mentioned clearly at the time of booking. No hidden costs are applied.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All appointment booking charges are strictly non-refundable.
If the patient fails to attend the appointment or cancels after booking, the payment will not be refunded.
In rare cases where GACC is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment, patients will be informed, and the booking may be rescheduled without additional charges.
4. Rescheduling Policy
Patients may request rescheduling of appointments at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Last-minute rescheduling requests (within 24 hours) may not be entertained.
5. Medical Disclaimer
Treatments, consultations, and procedures at GACC are provided by qualified dermatologists and cosmetology specialists.
Results of treatments may vary depending on individual conditions. GACC does not guarantee identical results for every patient.
Patients are advised to disclose their complete medical history before undergoing any procedure.
6. Privacy & Security
GACC ensures that all patient information is kept confidential and secure.
We do not store sensitive payment details such as card or banking information.

7. Limitation of Liability
GACC shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our website, appointment system, or treatments.
Patients are responsible for following the medical advice and post-treatment care instructions provided by our specialists.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of the use of our services or website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
