At Gauri Aesthetics and Cosmetology Center (GACC), we are committed to providing high-quality dermatology and cosmetology services. Please read the following payment and refund policy carefully before booking your appointment.
Payments
All patients are required to make advance payments at the time of booking their appointments through our online payment system (via Razorpay or other integrated methods).
Payments can be made securely using credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or wallet options provided by our payment gateway partner.
Once the payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation of your appointment via email/SMS.
Refund Policy
All appointment booking charges are strictly non-refundable.
Once an appointment is booked and payment is made, the fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including non-attendance or cancellation by the patient.
In case Gauri Aesthetics and Cosmetology Center cancels or reschedules an appointment, patients will be informed, and the booking will be rescheduled to a mutually convenient time at no extra cost.
Rescheduling Policy
Patients may request to reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours prior to the booked slot, subject to availability.
Last-minute rescheduling requests (within 24 hours of the appointment) may not be accommodated.
Payment Security
We use Razorpay as our trusted and secure payment gateway partner. All transactions are encrypted and processed in a safe environment to ensure the confidentiality of your payment information.
Gauri Aesthetics and Cosmetology Center does not store any card or bank-related details on its servers.
