Please read the following payment and refund policy carefully before booking your appointment.<\/p><p>Payments<\/p><p>All patients are required to make advance payments at the time of booking their appointments through our online payment system (via Razorpay or other integrated methods).<\/p><p>Payments can be made securely using credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, or wallet options provided by our payment gateway partner.<\/p><p>Once the payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation of your appointment via email\/SMS.<\/p><p>Refund Policy<\/p><p>All appointment booking charges are strictly non-refundable.<\/p><p>Once an appointment is booked and payment is made, the fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including non-attendance or cancellation by the patient.<\/p><p>In case Gauri Aesthetics and Cosmetology Center cancels or reschedules an appointment, patients will be informed, and the booking will be rescheduled to a mutually convenient time at no extra cost.<\/p><p>Rescheduling Policy<\/p><p>Patients may request to reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours prior to the booked slot, subject to availability.<\/p><p>Last-minute rescheduling requests (within 24 hours of the appointment) may not be accommodated.<\/p><p>Payment Security<\/p><p>We use Razorpay as our trusted and secure payment gateway partner.
